Home view camera not working

Home view camera outdoor and doorbell not working since I bought the plan . Cameras are not finding wifi . Reset button doing nothing. Called 100 time to Telus service but they put on hold for hours ...

I'm having exactly the same issue. Super unhappy with the camera in general.
