Home security contract
I thought my contract was over or just around the corner, but today I found out that it was extended for 3 years from 2023l. I am in a situation to cancel home security service, but I would like to ask if it is possible for this to have been extended without my signature or consent. I never know about the contract extension.
I would have preferred to interact in writing e.g. by e-mail or chat to explain the problem. Phone is a stressful way of communication for neurodivergent people when the technical support operates from a place with background noise and/or speaks too fast with a strong accent.
