Doorbell camera stopped working suddenly
Our wired Telus doorbell camera has completely stopped working. There is no LED light at all, even after holding the reset button. We have confirmed our internet is working fine, so this is a power issue with the doorbell unit or transformer.
I called customer service twice for support but they didn’t help me at all insisting my husband should make the call. I explained them that my husband works out of town and he works at nights. He doesn’t have a time to make call and try to reach out an agent for hours. Can someone help me? I did troubleshoot but doorbell doesn’t do power cycle.

Hi Sebile,
If there's no lights on the doorbell camera it's because the wiring that it is connected to is not delivering electricity.
You have identified that the transformer might be the issue - if that's fixed then our doorbell camera will work again

Does the doorbell chime ding dong when pressed if not, you will need to check the transformer output.
If you had a multimeter you could check for DC voltage on the two wires running to the doorbell camera, or at the chime.Typically the main transformer is mounted at the electrical panel.
If there is no DC voltage output at the transformer it would need replacing.
