Door lock showing unlocked even though it's locked
Door locks but panel and app shows unlocked. It's been an ongoing problem since installation. Some days it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Battery is good.
That's definitely odd. If rebooting the app/panel doesn't resync things properly, your best bet may be to reach out to our SmartHome team directly so they can investigate further.
