Cancel my security service
I need to cancel my security service today . My account is [Mod Edit: Removed personal info] The motion sensors in the boathouse that you installed are not as you described. I was told by the installer that they sense heat not motion and then was later told by Telus security that you do not have these types of sensors. 1 of the caneras has stopped working and it is impossible to reach a human being at Telus so there is now way to fix this. Cancel the security. I spent an entire day on hold and or being transferred from 1 department to another and sometimes back to the department that transferred me. How is itb that anyone deals with Telus. By far worst customer expeience of my life. There will be books written about business using Telus as an example of what not to do.
