3 months agoGotcha - try logging out, clearing your cache and cookies and try again. If that doesn't work, try the app and let me know how it goes.
I can confirm that the system is working so there may be some troubleshooting that we need to do

I'm so embarassed!. It was a replacement card and hadn't been activated. I did that and then updated with no trouble. So sorry to bother you and thanks for trying to help.
