I have tried three times to update my credit card info, as reminded. Each time I get the message "this will take a moment". Well, yesterday left it for a couple hours and never did update. Twice toda...

6 months agoGotcha - try logging out, clearing your cache and cookies and try again. If that doesn't work, try the app and let me know how it goes.
I can confirm that the system is working so there may be some troubleshooting that we need to do

I'm so embarassed!. It was a replacement card and hadn't been activated. I did that and then updated with no trouble. So sorry to bother you and thanks for trying to help.

Maureen: don't be embarrassed. Your issue helped me solve mine.
Pre-activation was the key for me as well, as Telus (and Koodo) software just fails — rather than telling you, "Hey... please go make a purchase at a bricks-and-mortar store and activate your new card. THEN you can update your info on here with no problem."
Many people have automated monthly payments tied to their cards, so the credit card providers should be adding this warning: "Activate your card FIRST, then go online to update your info for automated monthly bill payments."
If we ignored that kind of info, THEN we could be embarrassed.
