TELUS Service Getting Worse

Telus doesn't set up your TV boxes anymore. The installer showed up, set up Internet, and said he was leaving. They mail your tv boxes to you. That's a change I was not aware of until it happened.

So I called Telus. Finally got through. Person was helpful, but had no idea about the tv boxes. She ordered the boxes. Next day I received the boxes and thought wow that was fast. Nope. More boxes showed up 3 days later. So I had to package them back up and drive to Canada Post to send them back.

Also, the new Telus mini TV boxes had zero support available on the Telus site. Instructions , videos, etc did not apply to the new boxes I received. Why would Telus reduce service and distribute technology with no support?!!
