TELUS Service Getting Worse
Telus doesn't set up your TV boxes anymore. The installer showed up, set up Internet, and said he was leaving. They mail your tv boxes to you. That's a change I was not aware of until it happened. S...

Unfortunately this info is a few months too late. At the time of my "install", there was no support info available online. This was confirmed by the Telus tech that I spoke to. So my point is that Telus, a company I know has strong change managers, did not do a good hob of change management in this case. And the customer suffered.
