TELUS_Support , I have the exact same situation and same questions. For 2 years there has been no communication whatsoever from TELUS about anything I owe, and all of a sudden now GCS is sending me letter that I owe an amount to TELUS Payroll?
If there is anything at all, Telus is supposed to contact me directly with documentation and explanation of a charge, rather than asking GCS to contact me and an amount to be paid to to them(GCS) as well, and that too after 2 years? This doesn't feel right, and raises all flags of a scam, yet Telus HR is confirming this process and directing us there too?
