I'm running into the same problem as dgomez, trying to redeem a reward but it says:
Due to a recent update in your contact information you are temporarily unable to redeem this item.
Been trying for a couple days, and haven't changed any of my contact information in over a year, so it's really strange that it's giving me that error.

I am still having the same issue.
In fact, it gets weirder. I tried through the app earlier and it tried to tell me there was no phone number tied to my account, even though, like I said, I haven't changed any information in months and I know there's a phone number attached.- DirectorHawke5 months agoFriendly Neighbour
Follow-up: Mobile app stopped giving me the false "You have no attached phone number" and started giving me the "recent changes to your contact information" error.
Completely baffling, and frustrating. Just let me redeem my points, thank you.

Been trying to redeem my reward points for a couple days now and keep getting the message:
"Due to a recent update in your contact information you are temporarily unable to redeem this item."

Hi! Have you tried redeeming through incognito mode? clearing cache and cookies?

I did, and even now, a month later, it's still happening.
I'm fed up, this is ridiculous, at this point I'm on the phone talking about cancelling all my TELUS services.
Either you guys can't keep my account safe, or you keep playing with it in the background but not fixing anything, either way, this is unacceptable.
EDIT: I've also tried different browsers, I've tried the APP, I've tried EVERYTHING. It's up to you guys now because it's clearly on your end.
