Specialist appt call. didn’t help me then transferred me to closed department

The specialist just called me to review my whole account. Didn’t answer any of my questions and without letting me know transferred me to a closed department . You guys leave me with no choice to to contact crtc or please have a manager or someone who will actually call me today or I will be contacting crtc to make complaint that no one will help me

    The appointment was today at 8:15 basically hung up on me at 8:20 without a single question answered

    I have a whole file of documentation that I’ll be bringing to the commissioner since literally not even the specialist will be professional enough to help me. How is someone going to call me to review my file I made the appointment on Friday with a dedicated specialist and they transfer me off ?

    I have a bunch of questions & not one single question was answered . Why won’t any take accountability to review my account with me. I had an appointment today at 8:15 for a specialist to call me. Didn’t even let me finish asking my questions and transferred me off somewhere closed. I have a file of documentation I’ll be bringing to the commissioner
