Specialist appt call. didn’t help me then transferred me to closed department
The specialist just called me to review my whole account. Didn’t answer any of my questions and without letting me know transferred me to a closed department . You guys leave me with no choice to to ...
I have a whole file of documentation that I’ll be bringing to the commissioner since literally not even the specialist will be professional enough to help me. How is someone going to call me to review my file I made the appointment on Friday with a dedicated specialist and they transfer me off ?
