Redeemed but no code sent
I redeemed a $25 gift certificate on November 14 for a Tim Hortons gift card but did not get the code. Please send to my email.

The Neighbourhood is inhabited by other Telus customers who have no ability to address your request. The simplest process might be to contact TELUSSupport on Twitter, or reach out to them on their Facebook Page.
Don't forget to check your spam folder to see if it landed there!
