Rate change during agreement term?
My 2-year service agreement is up for renewal in about a month and half and I noticed that one of the discounts on my November bill was removed without notice. I called in and spent over two hours an...
I've spoken to at least 3 reps and they all checked my account and confirmed that all of the discounts have the same end date, which is the same as the contract term. The last phone call was with an agent who stated that the discounts couldn't be reinstated without renewing the contract at a much higher rate compared to what Rogers is offering. I'm not sure if I want to stay with Telus where every error takes at least an hour to fix. This happened at the beginning of the contract term and now again at the end.
