Problems dealing Telus regarding Customer Service Agreement
After spending 7 hours on the telephone over the previous three days and still keep hitting the wall... A telus employee on Dec 16 25 gave false information and extended the contract by one year....

Finally had a call back with the writer of the amended agreement. The agreement is correct now but clearly the problem is telus sends a email to the customer but does not ask if you agree with the agreement before telus takes it as gospel Clearly a deceptive act which is always in Telus's benefit financially Change telus or continue to have customers not trust your business practices and despise dealing with you
