Please help, I am still waiting for purolator waybill

I have already cancelled my services a few months back and contacted with Telus multiple times to get a purator lable. but I still didn't recieve the label. 

I still have telus equipment sitting in my basement in dust. I would like to send them back.

Would appreciate some assistance with this as the ai chat bot is useless and I am done waiting on hold to discuss the same thing/get the run around.
