Anyone getting "your bill is overdue" notification on the mytelus app when in fact it is paid up in full. Very confusing as I generally pay my bill as soon as statement is available.

exTelusEmp, yes, I have seen this. There is an overlap from when the bill is issued to your current due date (actually due date from the previous bill). What happens is that the new bill is issued but the due date is still populated from your previous bill so the system thinks you haven't paid. You will only see this if you go in too quickly once your new bill is posted to the account. The issue corrects itself rather quickly, nothing to be concerned with.
