Return QuickConnect equipment?
Hello all,
I just cancelled my home internet service after the end of my contract, and I got an email saying that I have to return "my TELUS equipment" otherwise I will get charged.
However my apartment is QuickConnect enabled and all the equipment were in that box on the wall since day one. I feel like it would make more sense if I put the equipment back in that box rather than shipping it back to Telus since the equipment was never shipped to me from anywhere.
Just wondering if anyone know what's the best thing to do in this case?

Hey Peini! You’re totally good to leave everything in the cabinet. QuickConnect gear stays with the apartment, so no need to tear it out. Those cancellation emails are just automated systems doing their thing. The only time you actually need to pack up and return hardware via Canada Post is if a tech handed you extra standalone Wi-Fi Boosters or TV set-top boxes during your install.
