I need a new box but no…
For the past 2 months I have been trying to get any one of the customer”service” people, to just send me a new box for 1 of my 5 tvs!!
The other 4 TVs work fine but the best $7000 TV in our main room doesn’t work. We were told a new box would come but nothing.
im looking at other internet/ TV providers lol
