Official Support TeamHey Annex - we had someone investigate in person on the roof near the HVAC unit earlier this afternoon. They reported back with video of the noise and while yes, there definitely is a noise emanating, it's certainly well within noise bylaw levels and not overly disruptive at street level, or to the businesses across the street such as the Anytime Fitness, etc.
What we'd like is some contextual info if possible. Could you take video from where you are so we can gauge the volume level? Does the noise change at night (i.e. become louder, change in frequency to a higher pitch, etc.) Any info we can pass along to our team would be appreciated, thanks!

I was home on the weekend and there was no noise. I am now away for work but back this evening. I live on the 12th floor of an apartment building directly across the HVAC from the Telus building. I'd like to leave this ticket open another week to make sure it isn't still going during the weekdays. Till soon and thank you again.
