How to get the Free TV?
I have already hooked up the PikTV and Internet plan for two years but have not heard how or when the free 55" HD TV arrives?

Community Power UserPikTV doesn't have any free device offers. It's a low cost TV service.
The free 55" TV is part of an Optik TV and internet bundle on a two year contract. If you do actually have Optik TV and that bundle, you'll need to contact Telus directly to ask about the TV. It usually would have been part of the discussion when setting up that bundle.
- Yes thats what I have? Its Optic TV and Internet on a Two year plan. I didnt realize there was two different Cable TV types, but I did double check and signed up online and had it installed 6 months ago...but no word on the TV?

As I mentioned before, you'll need to contact Telus directly. Most of us on the forums are just Telus customers.
