Fibre optic service box installed on private property

Ledcor assumed our property was common property,  it is bare condo land and we have titles and property lines, 

They installed this in our side yard while we were gone, there is no easement or utility right of way in this location.   Request it be moved, as an eye sore and placed only a few feet from our deck.   I sent a email to fibreconnect.com who passed it onto Ledcor who didn't contact me until after all hooked up to and states now live and won't move further up so it's out of our sight but still on our property.  If their looking for new customers in our neighborhood there not going to get it as the town of High River is not happy.

    Hi DMFELL2026​ - sounds like you've reached the proper team to have this looked at. Typically they only install equipment on right of way sections but if you run into issues please feel free to send us a private message and we'll look for ways to assist

      Grass will not grow over box, jip telecom who did the work on behalf of ledcor gave a letter of approval that they would fix the grass should they ever have to get into the service box, Fibreconnect is still in trespass as no right of way where it's located,  gave approval to connect to house but no approval for the service box. As its bare condo land and we all have titles and property reports that shows our property lines and the boards decided to have everything installed from our backyards.  ( of which they didnot have the right to do so according to our condo rules) I'm quite sure there's not much of fibre or boxes in any right of ways, so they are in trespass on most properties.

        Thanks Donna, I have submitted the form to begin the investigation. I will keep you updates as I find out more

      Ledcor still haven't contacted me with having a solution.   They refuse to move it, they were in Trespass on private property and until a resolution has been agreed upon will not be allowed on property again.
