Denise from telus set up a file on me and sent a text stating she has passed this onto a Darren at Fibreconnect 2 weeks ago, I still haven't heard from fibre rep, you are still all in intentional civil trespass with the service box of which is connected to 8 other houses on bare condo land, Fibreconnect has been sent copies of placement with our real property, no agreement is in place, they have put boxes and run fibre all through Polo Park in High river through back yards as all open. Our management company gave approval for common property only but failed to make sure they new 150 villas are bare condo land and titled
