Equipment not arrived at Telus
I sent out my equipment as I cancelled my account at Telus. Equipment was mailed right after the recent Canada Post strike and after 6 weeks, I am told it hasn't arrived yet and have a fee to pay... ...
If you did not get a Telus return label or sent it registered, you may be hooped.
If you did one of those, great, send them a copy with your bill
