Our experience has been the same - but no call, no notification. Have been trying to return their equipment since August. Their response was to not notify me of any charges and send the account to collections. I only found that out when I called yet again about the equipment. And when I call Telus - they won't give me any information. I think its time for a CRTC complaint. I don't even know where the account was sent!
Horrible how they treat clients.

Telus is horrible to deal with. Dine similar to me. This all sounds like a class action law suit. I can also add overcharging. They charged me late payment on the bill that was incorrect and took Telus two billing cycles to rectify. (The bill that us) late charges staid though. " we can't do anything about it" was the a tual statement from customer service!
