Collections Notice with No Information
I have been receiving collections notices from a company called Debt Collections Agency (DCA) for a Telus Wireline account that I don't recall ever having. They are threatening to contact me at my ...
I just spoke to General Credit Services and apparently the outstanding notice is for a property that we sold almost 2 years ago. I find it unacceptable that the first that I have heard about an outstanding balance is through a collections agency. I have paid the outstanding invoice, and would like to understand when this will be removed from my otherwise spotless credit report.
