Cannot reset password

My current password to access my TELUS does not work and I need to reset my password.

When I try to log in with the incorrect password, I have to request log in link sent to my email. This works, but does not solve the problem for resetting my incorrect password. When I try to reset the password, I can not do so without first entering my current password (which is incorrect). 

AI chat doesn't have an option to solve reset password. I need to find out how to reset a password when I do not know the current password.

Any guidance is appreciated
