Cannot Reset Password
I cannot reset my password for my telus account
I can get a login link (sent to the same email) but that doesn't help me set a new password as I need my old password to set new one.

Have you sorted this out?
I am asking because I just went to My Telus to log in.
1st attempt, your user or password is wrong, I said BS and clicked log in again.
That took me to another page that said there are technical difficulties, I said BS again, pulled down My Teus top right corner which said Telus web or Telus App, chose Web which took me to another page welcoming me the same as if it should have from the original login page.
No wonder so many people think they forgot their password and have to reset.
Try more than once.

Hi Frustrated01 - you'd need to speak with an agent to receive a password reset email. The Neighbours here can't assist with this.
