bundle discount - home internet and mobile plan
so i have telus internet and mobile plan into 1 account, i read somewhere before i could get a discount for bundled services, is this something that Telus is still offering?

12 months agoIf it is indicated that the discount is already included, you'll see it as a "Mobility and Home offer" on your invoice. If you log into your online account, click on billing, you can download your bill and look for that discount line once it is available to be downloaded. Something else to consider: if this is your renewal or first month with us, your discount (and other charges) are pro-rated (partial billing/credit due to a mid-cycle activate/change.

Yes but that offer should be on 40$ offer and not on $70. This is what am trying to explain . Epp was offering me $35 ( without any home mobile offer) , yes just plan $35 on 50gb .now I went to Telus , he says I have better offer like 40$ for 100 gb. As a customer plz tell me what does it mean ? Does it give any indication to customer that the 40$ plan is with home mobile discount ? No one in Telus is able to understand this . I give zero marks to Telus customer support and if I talk more they raise their voice .

Discounts are always applied on the original rate, and not on the discounted one.

One more incident of unethical business. When I purchased plan, telus said Telus and Koodo are linked together. And Yesterday when I asked for phone offer ( koodo had better offer than Telus ) , Telus now acted like two different company, which mean the customer had to call Koodo customer care separately. Then what makes Telus to say Telus and Koodo are together ?.
Anyway, am fed up. I cancelled my mobility account with Telus. More negative than positive since I moved to Telus, customer care absolutely waste , long wait time and still dont get right answer, yesterday my calls were not functioning properly when I was in Mall , billing issue. I moved to another provider who gave me iphone 13 with 25$ plan with activation fee waved due to discount and also bill credit that covers my first bill.
