Bill payment problem
Anyone else having problems paying their bill?
I have tried with 3 different cards, and now made the transfer, but it doesn't seem to recognize the payment.
I did the transfer yesterday but it isn't reflecting in the app yet.
Any suggestions or experiences from the past? I requested for a call back but will take at least 24h, so would appreciate any info.

Hi Susana - if you paid through your bank it takes 3-5 business days for the payment to show up
