Hey everyone, so I finally got through to a human at Telus and when I asked why I never received a bill for this “cancelation fee”, they told me the bill is “just a courtesy.”
which is funny because in order to know about the fee, pay the fee and know how much to pay for the fee, I would need a bill. They said they posted it on Mytelus account but the account was deleted from my Telus profile right after I canceled the service. All these replies saying they will send private message to fix the issue are BS. I also have no record signing a contract for the service, no record of a fee for canceling and how much it would be and no record that I received any sort of bill through mail, email, Mytelus.
This might have to be a legal matter. Good luck to you all.

Me too! I have no contract with them with the account the collections is charging me for.
