Official Support TeamAre you referring to the Smart Hub indoor unit? You could try logging into the GUI, going to Advanced Setup. Under IP Address click on Port Bridging, and for the option 'Set the Port1Bridge state' select Enable.

That's cellular home Internet hub, mostly used for rural areas where fibre isn't available and existing wired internet is bad.
