WiFi to iPhone 7 with iOS 13 Will Not Stay Connected to T3200M Router

    Is Smart Steering turned on? If so try turning it off. You will need to create a separate SSID for each WiFi band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) so keep the SSID for the band used by the most devices and create a new SSID for the other band.

So it sounds like there is an issue with the OS layer not reading the state of the WiFi connection properly from the hardware layer. I don't own any Apple products so I'm just guessing here but is there any power saving features on the iPhone that may be turning off WiFi and not turning it back on properly?

What do you think about manually setting a fixed IP address assigned to the iPhone MAC address?

    I switched to a fixed IP for my iPhone. It worked for about 3 hours yesterday. It now does not work about 2.5 hours after signing in this morning. Not a solution.
