Why can't we have flexibility for when recorded shows start and stop like rogers
Why can't we have flexibility for when recorded shows start and stop like rogers. Most of the shows start 2 to 2 1/2 minutes prior to real start time. What a wasted effort to continually need to go forward on every recording. Don't get me started on how the fast forward/backwards options are lacking. Why can't we start on time or allow for more user settings to set this up like rogers does?

At this time, our recording system uses preset start and end times based on the broadcast schedule provided by networks. While this generally works well, we know that shows occasionally start early or run late, and we hear you on the frustration of needing to fast-forward or rewind.
