Why can't we have flexibility for when recorded shows start and stop like rogers

Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we truly understand how important flexibility is when it comes to recording and playback features.

At this time, our recording system uses preset start and end times based on the broadcast schedule provided by networks. While this generally works well, we know that shows occasionally start early or run late, and we hear you on the frustration of needing to fast-forward or rewind.
