Where do I send warranty info to? For Telus smarthub

I received my ZTE Telus smarthub and it includes a warranty card to register for the 1 yr warranty. It does not include where to mail the card to. Anyone know?

Unless you purchased it outright I wouldn't worry about it as you will be dealing with Telus in the even of any issues.
