What Happen to the service at Telus?
I moved into a new place & TELUS kept moving my technician date. I had to call them 4 times to get it sorted out, fast forward 2 week, my Fiber 1G service is spotty and slow. Their Loyalty department refused to send a WIFI booster. Seriously considering cancelling services and going with another provider.

Hey JRomanchuk - there's a lot of variables at play when it comes to spotty Internet. Is the issue only on wireless connections, or also on wired ones?
Are you in an apartment building/townhome surrounded by other families? There may be some interference happening but it's best to know your situation so we can troubleshoot the issue
