Voicemail on Landline
My voicemail on my ll is no longer working. I have to contact telus and I am so frustrated. The AI bot thing makes me insane and then I ask for an agent and of course the wait is ridiculous and why...

Yes - I am told “call cannot be completed as dialled.” Call Telus. But I don’t have unlimited hours waiting to talk to someone.

figured it out!! Thanks no need to message now. Only took two days to sort it all out. Once you get a real person they are very helpful but it’s the getting to them that is so frustrating.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. I finally got through to someone and they were very helpful. Apparently my features were taken off without my knowledge. Seems the contract changed and I lost the voice mail option. So she restored it but when I went to check it today, my old password wouldn’t work. How do I change it?
