Utility Box Graffiti Removal

Hello! Who can I contact to request graffiti removal on a Utility Box in Richmond, B.C.?

    Just some background: we contract out graffiti clean-up and work is done on a pre-set schedule in a batch so there may be a delay before actioning the request.
