Utility Box and Exposed Cable
Who would I speak to about an exposed cable running from an existing telus utility box above ground?

Your best bet would be to visit www.telus.com/status and click on the green 'Report an outage' button in the top right corner. Then click on the right button that again says 'Report an outage' with a tower on it.
Then fill out the form and select 'Exposed wires or hazard' and fill out some info and attach pictures (if you have any). Submit the form; it goes straight to our team to investigate.
