Urgent: Debt Collection calls from General Credit Services
Hello,
I need urgent help from a TELUS representative. I am being contacted by a collection agency (General Credit Services - GCS) for a debt that has already been paid in full directly to TELUS.
Here is the situation:
I was a TELUS Home Services customer (Account # ******102).
An outstanding balance accumulated, and my account was sent to collections (Debt # ******73 at GCS).
Telus Rep that I talked to was not able to locate my account, tried all the options.
Can a TELUS moderator please look into my account (******102), confirm the $0.00 balance, and immediately send a recall notice to General Credit Services (GCS) to stop this harassment and protect my credit score? TELUS_Support
