Unstable Internet message
I receive the "Unstable Internet" whenever I am using Zoom on my laptop. My video feed repeatedly freezes through my Zoom Meeting. I am using WiFi and I am located very near my router. My Internet speed is good, when tested with Speed Test was 49. I would appreciate any trouble shooting suggestions.

Zoom was having issues today, could that be the problem or is it an ongoing issue?

A couple of considerations:
- Your Internet speed at the router is shared by all devices on your network. What else is going on while you are on Zoom?
- Have you tried using an Ethernet connection to the router to see if the issue is your WiFi connection rather than your Internet speed?
