Unable to manage Optik TV
I've been trying to change my tv plan for days. have logged onto all forms of the app (IOS, Android and Windows) and all I get is this. "Looks like something went wrong. Please Try Again" Af...

I have the same problem, and it seems like this has been a common issue for a while. In fact, I think “Looks like something went wrong” might just be Telus’s new motto. I call Telus loyalty reps whenever possible to make changes even though it can be a grind.

11 months agoHey JackWest - The way to change your theme packs is to go Here and tap on I am an existing client - this will allow you to log in to your My TELUS account
