- How long ago did you sign up for TV service?- Were you able to change channels before?
- If you were able to change it before, when did it stop working?

Can you elaborate more on your situation?
Unable to manage tv Services through the MyTelus app. The SmartHome Security services are also unavailable. The only item I can access is internet.
- How long ago did you sign up for TV service?We moved to our current address Dec 15, 2023
- Were you able to change channels before?
It worked while living at our previous address. Prior to Feb 2022.
- If you were able to change it before, when did it stop working? After Feb 2022
- What is the error you're seeing? Here’s a screen shot.
