Unable to cancel Internet service from outside Canada
Hi. i have permanently moved back to Country and need to cancel my telus home internet service.
I no longer have a Canadian phone number, so i cannot receive a callback. I tried calling Telus internationally twice, but both calls disconnected when i was connected to an agent.
Could a Telus Support representative please contact me by private message to help me cancel my service? Thank you

Hi Riayun1 - Cancellations should be done over the phone as verification needs to be done properly, but we'll take a look at some options.
