Unable to access my Telus.net email
When I navigate to My Telus / Internet/ email. I get this error. (Screenshot below). I'm trying to reset my Telus email password. I keep trying again. Nothing happens.
I'm not sure why you are seeing that.
Telus email is essentially a version of GMail. You should be able to go to GMail and enter your email address and when prompted for a password this is a link for Forgot Password.
I understand that Telus email is using Gmail. Im unable to access my Telus email via Gmail, it re-directs me to My Telus to reset my password. When I do I as Im told as per Telus, that's the error I get. Telus help hasn't been able to assist me with re setting the password. Very frustrating.
