Terminated Account
I requested my internet account terminated in September but I am still being billed. I reached out to Telus via phone and chat 4 or 5 times but I was still billed twice since I called for termination

When you pull up the bill, which period does each charge cover? It's possible it's a final bill for services rendered covering the period before cancellation. There should be a date range for each line item.

Print a copy of your bill. Write across it: "I cancelled this account on <date>. I look forward to written confirmation of this cancellation." Sign it. Keep a copy, and mail to the address on the face of the bill. This constitutes legal notice to Telus of the changes you made to your account.
