I requested my internet account terminated in September but I am still being billed. I reached out to Telus via phone and chat 4 or 5 times but I was still billed twice since I called for termination...

Community ManagerWhen you pull up the bill, which period does each charge cover? It's possible it's a final bill for services rendered covering the period before cancellation. There should be a date range for each line item.
