Telus+ TV guide defaults back to subscribed channels after turning it off

Telus has to push a permanent software patch to fix this problem. I don’t know what a software patch is or how it works. I refuse to add a second profile in order to solve this issue. Telus has ( or maybe not ) qualified people who should know this stuff. They have the call centre in the Philippines I wonder if that’s where the technical people are.
