TELUS TV+ Errors
I cannot log into TELUS TV+ either on the app or through a web browser. I use the same login credentials as for MyTELUS, but I receive the following error messages:
Web (Chrome browser): Error - "Account associated with access token is unkown or or not found."
App (Android): Login failed - "Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later." ERR_AGL_ACN_3545
Both errors have persisted for days, ever since my account was activated. I have not been able to use TV at all (my OptikTV box is still in the mail).

Problem solved when technical support synchronized my account information between Telus and TelusTVPlus ! Thanks

Just now I logged on to this site and was told unable to verify credentials try again later so I click the login and voila.
Not sure what the programmers are doing but issues are being introduced every time a web page (desktop) appearance is changed.

I recently have the same problem, I got Pure Fibre Internet, Optik TV, phone service with Telus, I can watch TV on digital box and TelusTVPlus on the web. Starting from a few days ago, when I try to login the Telus TV Web, I got the same error ! I have tried different web browser, different computers, on Windows, on Linux, on Android App but got the same login error. How to solve it ?

Hi killmeborg - If you're having the same issue as the original poster, it may be that your OptikTV account is not linked with My TELUS properly. I can take a look.
